Sleep Better Timer turns bedtime arithmetic into a calm, private utility.

Many sleep calculators bury a simple answer under a long article. This project starts with the answer, keeps the controls light, and explains the limits clearly.

The calculations use a common 90-minute cycle approximation and an adjustable estimate for falling asleep. Real sleep is more complex, so the results are planning suggestions rather than measurements or medical guidance.

The first version runs without an account, database, or personal health profile. Preferences such as your usual wake time can stay in your own browser.
